Good morning...it's a beautiful day! I weighed this morning and I lost .8 of a lb. Not bad for my first day...Today I will continue on my life long journey of trying to control what goes into my mouth. A long time ago a man I worked with who gave me encouragement about WW said that we cannot control hardly anything in life except for what we put into our mouths. That is true so this is day 2 and I'm thinking of what I will have for breakfast.

This afternoon I plan on walking Skip and then my work-out on the treadmill, weights for my arms and leg lifts. I need to get in this routine and do it everyday. I felt so good after working out yesterday and really energized!
