Good morning...It's hump day and I weigh every morning I know I shouldn't but I do anyway, I've lost 3.6 lbs since Monday, see my ticker...

I had a good work out yesterday afternoon, I walked Skippy, did 30 minutes on the treadmill and even ran a little while listening to my favorite tunes with my iPod Shuffle. One song that really gets me going and singing is Sympathy for the Devil by the Rolling Stones. I love that song... After the treadmill I did some arm lifts with my 3 lb weigh ts, then 25 leg lifts on each leg. I felt so energized after and not hungry for any snacks, yeah!
