Mmm Mmm Homemade Apple Cake

So I decided I would make something again today with all of the apples we got last weekend at the apple orchard. I made a homemade sugar free apple cake and it is delicious!!!
Dee's Apple Cake 1/2 cup oil 1 3/4 cup sugar (can also use ½ the amount of sugar using Splenda Blend or use Splenda Granular 1 ¾ cups) 2 eggs 5 cups apples, diced ½ cup no sugar added applesauce 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 teas cinnamon ½ teas nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup toasted walnuts This recipe came to me with just ingredients, but in general I mix the diced apples with sugar, then the beaten eggs, ½ cup no sugar added applesauce and vanilla, then mix in the dry ingredients, nuts last. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Frosting: ½ container Pillsbury Sugar Free Vanilla Frosting 3 tablespoons of cream cheese 2 tbsp ½ & ½ or milk to thin frosting out Sprinkle of nutmeg Add ½ and ½ to vanilla frosting to thin out then add softened cream cheese and blend well. Sprinkle a little nutmeg and blend lightly and frost cooled cake.
