Tuesday and it's a new day!

Okay, for some reason I had a terrible evening and ate more points than I should have. Today I am praying that God gives me the willpower to stay on the WW program 100%.

* I ate 6 ritz crackers and then a candy bar :( I did have 5 points left but the choice of the candy bar wasn't very good... oh well, going to bed and tomorrow is another day.
