Okay, I ate more than my 23 points yesterday so I am back this morning 100%. I don't know how some do it by eating their 5 extra points a day because I certainly cannot. I weighed this morning and I lost 2.2 lbs since last Monday so I'm pleased buut it could have been more if I hadn't ate more points yesterday and a few extra on Saturday night. So this week I'm telling myself to make sure I don't go over my points and if I'm hungry stop and ask myself if I really want to eat? Okay here's what I'm eating today;
Breakfast:
