7 days until Christmas

Our shopping is mostly done with the exception of our 2 pets, Skippy & Tony. Yes, our pets love presents too. Skippy and Tony on Christmas morning are watching us open gifts and they are asnxouisly waiting for theirs. It's so funny to watch Skippy tear open his gifts. Tony loves the ribbons and paper that ends up in the trash. I think we will look for a new cat cavern for him sometime this weekend. I really wish everyone was more focused on the true meaning of Christmas instead of the hustle bustle of running around shopping.
I went to Church on the Rock (COTR) last night and enjoyed every minute once again. Earl told me last night that he will come to COTR with me on Christmas Eve.
"Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for I behold, I bring you a good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a savior, who is Christ the Lord.

And this will be a sign to you; you will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger....

And suddenly there was with the angle a multitude of heavenly host praising God and saying; Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!" (Luke 2 : 10 - 14)
