Until my last day working for the Federal Government with the US Army Inspector General Agency. I have been at this Agency since Dec 28, 1992 whick make it just about 18 years the end of December. My service comp date is January 7, 1975 and my last day at work is on January 29, 2010. That gives me over 35 years and 3 weeks.
Will I miss working I may but I certainly am looking forward to taking a break and being a retiree. I have worked non-stop for almost 42 years.
