Okay, it has been over 1 year since I lost 40 lbs on Weight Watchers (WW). WW is my favorite weight loss program because you can eat anything you want just have to count your points. I joined last January 10, 2008 and weighed in at 233 and got down to 192.8 lbs. 4 1/2 years ago I weighed 262 lbs! I am ashamed to say that amount but I cannot lie to myself. I will not beat myself up because I am proud that I have lost 64 lbs. I'm going to win this battle of the bulge and I have to be true to myself. I'm starting today Monday, May 11, 2009 writing what I'm eating. On WW's I did well last year and then I believe I got bored or something happened in my head I'm still trying to figure that out. I have been struggling to continue to lose the rest of my weight. There if nothing wrong with me I'm making the wrong foods, eating too much and not exercising. My husband and I do not eat out it's just that I am making bad choices of foods, snacks that I should definitely stay away from.
Okay since we leave for the Outer Banks on June 7, 2009 which is less than a month I am trying to lose 10 lbs. I am starting over again this morning so here goes.

Total: 23 points, Whew I was thinking I had more points, now I just need to make sure that don't eat anything else tonight & I must have willpower!
